• All products on ModdedRust.com are digital goods delivered electronically upon completed payment.
• When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license purchased content unless the creator explicitly permits it.
• Because digital products are delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited and determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Creators are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and functionality of the products they list.

• You may only list products you own or are authorized to distribute.
• Listings must accurately describe the product, including requirements, dependencies, and compatibility.
• You may not list content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates Rust's (Facepunch Studios') terms or the law.
• Earnings from sales are paid out according to the payout method you configure, after the platform commission and applicable fees.
• We may remove products that violate these terms, mislead buyers, or receive substantiated complaints.

Featured promotions and creator memberships are optional paid services. Promotions highlight your products on the marketplace for the purchased period and may renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.

When using ModdedRust.com, including our forums and messaging, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, misleading content, or malicious files
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

ModdedRust.com and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of the products they create and grant us the license needed to host, display, and deliver those products to buyers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time by closing your account. Provisions that should survive termination (such as license grants for purchased content) will remain in effect.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by third-party products purchased on the marketplace.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
